Before Closing

Home inspection / repair receipts and agreements gathered, if applicable.
Moving plan and keys / access arrangements made.
Last-Minute Checks
Confirm closing time and location with your title company or notary.
Verify ID requirements and who needs to sign (spouses, anyone on title).
Confirm final amount due and accepted payment methods for cash to close.
Ensure all contingencies are cleared and recorded per Schedule C of your title commitment.
