Schedule C reflects issues needing to be resolved before closing.
• Buyer: Review and call the title company if you are concerned with any items being cleared in a timely manner.
• Seller: Review and provide the title company with all documentation needed to clear title. i.e., existing mortgages, liens, probate, tax liens, abstract of judgments, etc.
